For our Sales Team in the Weiden in der Oberpfalz and Wiesloch location, we are seeking a full-time, permanent
(Senior) International Sales Manager
Your mission – to inspire customers, from Europe to Africa:
People around the world profit from the possibilities that we – as number one in the print media industry – create with our machines. With your cultural open-mindedness, you will manage and support our existing customers in Europe, on the Arabian Peninsula, and in Africa, and acquire new customers in this region as well. Your extensive technical expertise enables you to understand customers’ requirements and create perfect solutions to overcome every technical challenge that arises.
In doing so, you will create a trusting working relationship with customers from the EMEA economic area, helping us maintain our position as the global market leader in the future as well.
These exciting responsibilities await you:
- Cooperation with our sales offices in the EMEA economic area (acquisition, order generation, project management)
- Acquisition of new customers and support of existing (key account) customers in the EMEA area
- Assessment of customers’ technical needs and requirements and presentation of the solution concept developed
- Customer support from quotation creation to project completion
- Monitoring of the markets (through visits to regional trade shows, for example) and development of sales initiatives and concepts
- Strategic market analysis and assessment for product developmentAdherence to the budget, achievement of the planned results, and annual planning
Your impressive professional background:
- Ideally, a degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or process technology
- Several years of professional experience in sales and in interacting with international negotiation partners
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, as well as fluent English and ideally also another foreign language, such as French or Spanish
- Cultural open-mindedness and willingness to travel (approx. 40%, up to 10 days at a time)
- Confidence in negotiation situations, as well as when working with employees on all levels of the company and key accounts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and an open, communicative, and enthusiastic manner
- A high degree of personal responsibility, self-organization, a solution- and results-oriented approach, and the ability to work well in a team
