Product Marketing Specialist Lifecycle Solutions
The Business Unit Lifecycle Solutions with 3.200 employees represents the global Heidelberg Consumables and Service Performance Units. Our current and ongoing development of innovative products and Solutions  contributes significantly to the success of the Heidelberg Group.

What the role entails:
  • Creation and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to improve key performance metrics across all stages of a users’ lifecycle
  • Development of global marketing plans including strategy, segmentation, core product messaging, targeted audience messaging and metrics
  • Using Omni Channel and Digital Marketing approaches to create campaigns that encourage customer interest, purchase desire and qualified leads
  • Managing the integrated marketing strategies for one or more programs
  • Collaborating with Product Management to ensure that marketing plans are agreed upon and executable as well as with Corporate Marketing to ensure commonality of the markets approach
  • Working with teams to create assets for the education sector such as videos, market research, case studies and whitepapers
  • Supporting the engagement and enablement of the sales force
  • Working collaboratively with regional managers to create an ongoing pipeline of productivity initiatives to support regional goals
  • Present marketing plans for the programs to various internal stakeholders

What we need:
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing and business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, and 3 additional years of marketing or communications experience – preferably with some international exposure
  • Strong analytical skills combined with creative, strategic as well as tactical thinking
  • Experience in market research, analysis and strategy development
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills (English/German)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, InDesign or similar, CRM systems and web creation Tools
